This fast-paced position works closely with Account Executives to coordinate the administrative functions of the sales team. Responsibilities include internal and external customer service and assisting with coordination of advertisements such as scheduling and proofing and meeting strict deadlines.
Qualifications include previous office experience, computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to type 40-50 wpm accurately and excellent language and communications skills.
