Responsible for leading customer-focused requirements development efforts through direct interaction, process exploration and rationalization, and collaboration with Content Management team members. Other responsibilities include:
• Documents system requirements and verifies traceability of the system requirements to business requirements.
• Improves business process design through the application of consistent project scope requirement documentation and Six Sigma and other operational excellence techniques.
• Translates business and user needs into testable and verifiable system requirement specifications.
• As a direct report to the Director of Technology and a member of the Content Management team, works collaboratively with Data Analyst and Database Admin personnel in the development of requirements and assessment of solution options.
• Works with other teams in the Technology Department to ensure full understanding of requirements and specifications.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business, and 8 plus years of related experience, or, in the absence of a bachelor's degree, 12 years of related experience. Project Manager Professional (PMP/PMI) certification. Six Sigma, TQM or similar process improvement certification preferred.
